The Agriculture and Rural Development track is chaired by USDA Under Secretary for Rural Development Tom Dorr.

This track of the conference will focus on the sources of renewable energy and sustainable production. Sustainable and responsible production of biofuel feedstocks will be discussed, as well as the impact of this production on agricultural economies. In addition to best practices in agriculture, participants will also consider renewable energy in the context of rural development policy and practice. Infrastructure, wealth creation, and sustainability will be discussed, as well as the environmental impacts of renewable energies.
